The apex tap (tap) is mainly used for thread cutting of various through-hole materials. The apex tap (tap) has the same straight groove as the general hand tap, but it has a special design at the front end of the cutting part. The spiral groove is discharged from below the hole by rotary push cutting. Because the apex tap (taper) has the function of discharging the chips, in addition to keeping the groove clean to reduce the resistance during cutting, it can also avoid cutting. The blockage causes damage to the wire tap. Therefore, the apex wire tap can cut high-precision threads faster than ordinary hand taps.
3. No groove extrusion tap (tap): No groove tap (tap) is also known as chipless tap (tap). The spiral tap (tap) and general hand taps The difference is that the grooves of ordinary hand taps are linear, and the spiral taps (taps) are spiral. When tapping, the spiral taps can use the ascending and rotating action of the spiral groove to easily turn the iron. Chips are discharged out of the hole to prevent iron chips from remaining or jamming in the groove, which will cause the screw breakage to break the chip.
